EXPERIENCE
At least 10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring, preferably within retail environments or the cannabis industry. Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and working in fast-paced hiring landscapes is highly preferred. Experience with mass recruitment campaigns is a must.
KNOWLEDGE
A deep understanding of retail recruitment dynamics and workforce needs in fast-scaling industries. Familiarity with the cannabis industry, especially retail, production, and cultivation sectors, is highly valuable. Proficiency with recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and using social media and digital tools for large-scale talent sourcing is essential. Knowledge of cannabis compliance and regulatory hiring standards is a plus.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute high-volume recruitment efforts for retail, production, and cultivation teams, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Develop and implement mass recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across multiple channels (job fairs, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and craft compelling job postings.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.
- Stay ahead of market trends and labor shifts, adjusting strategies to meet evolving hiring demands.
- Ensure hiring processes align with cannabis industry regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience and long-term employee engagement.
