WHERE PASSION MEETS PRODUCTION

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process to ensure quality and efficiency. You will operate machinery, assemble products, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Equipment Operation:

Operate production equipment and machinery efficiently and safely.
Assist in assembling and packaging cannabis products according to specifications and quality standards.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Quality Control & Documentation:

Maintain accurate production records, including product counts, defects, and processing details.
Inspect cannabis products for consistency and quality, reporting any issues to supervisors.

Team Collaboration & Efficiency:

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following established protocols.

Safety & Maintenance:

Adhere to safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Monitor production operations and report malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality concerns.
Assist with routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any necessary repairs.

Inventory & Material Management:

Assist with inventory management, ensuring materials are stocked and available for production.
Support proper labeling and storage of cannabis products in accordance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work in a noisy environment with fluctuating temperatures.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in cannabis production or related horticultural fields.
Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance in the production process.
Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing or agricultural setting.

Working Conditions

Work Schedule: Standard schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week, with the possibility that one of these shifts may occur on a weekend, subject to production requirements.
Environment: Fast-paced and team-oriented environment that requires the ability to work efficiently and safely.
Safety Standards: Regular cleaning and maintenance of the production area to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace.
