📍 Flint, Michigan

💼 Full-Time | 40–50 hrs/week
💰 Starting at $15.00/hr

What You'll Do
🔧 Follow daily cultivation tasks (feeding, cloning, pruning)
📋 Keep accurate records (logs, maps, METRC tracking)
🌿 Monitor plant health & apply treatments as needed
🤝 Collaborate with a tight-knit, hardworking team
✅ Follow SOPs and stay in full regulatory compliance

🧠 Experience in cultivation or related fields = a big plus!

Physical Requirements
🏋️‍♂️ Lift up to 60 lbs
📏 Stand, bend, kneel, and stretch throughout the day
🔥 Comfortable working in hot, humid environments with bright lighting
