Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mobius Trim Machine Operator with at least 2 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining Mobius trimming equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trimming processes, machine care, and troubleshooting while ensuring product quality and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate Mobius trimming machines safely and efficiently.
Perform daily setup, calibration, and routine maintenance of equipment.
Monitor trimming output to ensure consistency, accuracy, and product quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Accurately record production data and machine performance logs.
Work closely with post-harvest and processing teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience operating Mobius trimming machines (required).
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Knowledge of cannabis trimming standards and best practices.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
