💼 Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support the day-to-day human resources operations across our organization. This role will place a strong emphasis on recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR administrative functions, helping ensure we attract, hire, and support top talent across multiple departments including cultivation, production, distribution, and corporate teams.

This role will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager and will support the recruiting process by assisting with candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR administration. The Talent Acquisition Manager manages full-cycle recruiting and will delegate recruiting-related tasks to this role.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting a high-volume hiring environment while maintaining accurate HR records and assisting with employee processes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Support the recruiting process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with job postings
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruiting administration and hiring coordination
• Coordinate and manage the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all employment documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records
• Assist with background checks, employment verification, and hiring documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding onboarding, HR processes, and company policies
• Maintain HR reports, recruiting data, and administrative records
• Assist with terminations, offboarding processes, and exit documentation
• Support employee relations documentation and HR compliance tasks as needed
• Help improve HR workflows and administrative processes to support company growth

Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or HR administration
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or onboarding environments preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience with HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Experience in cannabis, manufacturing, or multi-location operations is a plus
