Your Role:

  • Support the General Manager in managing daily store operations 🛍️📋

  • Assist with staff supervision, coaching, and team development 👥🌟

  • Help maintain full compliance with Michigan cannabis laws & company policies 📜✅

  • Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability 📦🌿

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues with professionalism 🤝💬

  • Assist with scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and smooth workflows ⏰🗓️

  • Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions 📢🎉

  • Track sales performance and assist with meeting store goals 📊🎯

What You Bring:

  • Experience in cannabis retail or related fast-paced industry preferred 🏪✔️

  • Strong knowledge of Michigan cannabis regulations and compliance standards 📚⚖️

  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team 🌟🙌

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 🗣️💡

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management is a plus 💻📦

  • Must be 21+ and eligible to work in Michigan’s cannabis industry 🎯
