Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and creative Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our cannabis retail team. As a merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for maintaining an attractive and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are visually appealing, accurately labeled, and stocked in compliance with Michigan cannabis regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the growing cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup, organization, and maintenance of product displays, endcaps, and featured areas.
Ensure all products are properly labeled with pricing, compliance information, and promotional details.
Monitor inventory levels on the floor and communicate restock needs to the inventory or management team.
Support visual merchandising strategies that align with brand standards and promotional campaigns.
Regularly inspect and clean display areas to ensure a tidy and welcoming store environment.
Collaborate with the sales team to keep high-demand products prominently displayed.
Stay informed of new product launches, promotions, and regulatory changes affecting display or labeling.
Follow all safety, security, and cannabis compliance protocols as set by the state and the company.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.
Passion for the cannabis industry and willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Must be 21 years of age or older, per Michigan state law.
Ability to pass all required background checks as mandated by state regulations.

Estimated Hours: 35–40 per week
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
