We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Post Harvest Auditor to oversee harvest operations and ensure all inventory is tracked, documented, and secured in compliance with state regulations, including METRC.


Position Summary

The Post Harvest Auditor will be responsible for monitoring all post-harvest activities, ensuring accurate documentation in METRC, and preventing loss or diversion of product. This individual will oversee harvests averaging 500–1000 lbs and play a critical role in maintaining compliance, efficiency, and accountability through rigorous inventory control practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all post-harvest inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Audit and reconcile METRC entries to guarantee full compliance with state regulations.

  • Monitor harvests of 500–1000 lbs, ensuring all product is weighed, documented, and securely stored.

  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to prevent theft, diversion, or discrepancies.

  • Work closely with the harvest and compliance teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate reporting of all post-harvest activity.

  • Ensure company policies and state regulatory requirements are strictly followed.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cannabis post-harvest, compliance, auditing, or inventory control role.

  • Strong working knowledge of METRC and state cannabis compliance regulations.

  • Proven experience implementing and managing inventory control systems.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to hold staff accountable.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $40,000 – $60,000, based on experience.
