Where Passion Meets Purpose in Cannabis Cultivation
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cultivation Technicians to join our professional grow team. This is an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about horticulture and eager to contribute to a thriving, regulated cannabis operation. Experience in commercial cultivation is preferred, but we also welcome candidates who bring a strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to learn and take direction.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily cultivation tasks according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including:
    • Feeding, cloning, pruning, and phase transitions (Veg to Flower)
    • Monitoring plant health and identifying signs of stress, disease, or infestation
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations (including METRC tracking and data entry)
  • Report all inconsistencies or issues to the Team Lead or Head Grower
  • Accurately complete logs and documentation such as waste logs, harvest records, and room maps
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient grow environment

Qualifications
Preferred Experience (not required for those with the right mindset):
  • 1+ year in commercial cultivation or cannabis industry
  • Background in agriculture, greenhouse management, or landscape maintenance
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems and integrated pest management (IPM)
Essential Attributes:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks thoroughly
  • Ability to follow direction and adhere to protocols consistently
  • Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Reliable and punctual with a high level of personal integrity

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Comfortable working in hot, humid environments with bright artificial lighting
  • Willingness to stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods

Job Details
  • Schedule: Full-time | 40–50 hours per week
  • Compensation: Starting at $15.00/hr
  • Location: Flint, Michigan
