Where Passion Meets Purpose in Cannabis Cultivation
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cultivation Technicians to join our professional grow team. This is an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about horticulture and eager to contribute to a thriving, regulated cannabis operation. Experience in commercial cultivation is preferred, but we also welcome candidates who bring a strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to learn and take direction.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily cultivation tasks according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including:
- Feeding, cloning, pruning, and phase transitions (Veg to Flower)
- Monitoring plant health and identifying signs of stress, disease, or infestation
Maintain compliance with state regulations (including METRC tracking and data entry)
Report all inconsistencies or issues to the Team Lead or Head Grower
Accurately complete logs and documentation such as waste logs, harvest records, and room maps
Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient grow environment

Qualifications
Preferred Experience (not required for those with the right mindset):

1+ year in commercial cultivation or cannabis industry
Background in agriculture, greenhouse management, or landscape maintenance
Familiarity with irrigation systems and integrated pest management (IPM)

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working in hot, humid environments with bright artificial lighting
Willingness to stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods

Job Details

Schedule: Full-time | 40–50 hours per week
Compensation: Starting at $15.00/hr
Location: Flint, Michigan
