🌿 We're Hiring: Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist 🌿

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow an exceptional team across our retail, production, and cultivation spaces.

What You'll Do

Support the recruitment process from start to finish — sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and helping with offers.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help craft compelling job posts.
Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach.
Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) updated and organized.
Help coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and other talent outreach efforts.
Stay current on cannabis industry trends and hiring best practices.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal hiring regulations.
Assist with onboarding and welcoming new hires into the company.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

0–1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (internships, school projects, or customer service experience are a plus!)
Interest in or exposure to the cannabis industry is a big bonus — we’ll teach you the rest.

Skills & Qualities:

Strong communication and people skills — you enjoy talking to others and building connections.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using social media, job boards, and basic office tools (Google Suite, Excel, etc.).
