  • Ensure full compliance with Michigan cannabis laws (MRA) and local regulations 📜✅

  • Drive sales & profitability with smart budgeting and cost control 💸📈

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing, diverse team 🌟🙌

  • Partner with marketing to create impactful, compliant promotions & events 📣🎉

  • Optimize staff scheduling for peak performance ⏰🗓️

  • Enforce SOPs and maintain operational excellence 📋🔒

  • Build strong vendor & supplier relationships for quality and availability 🤝🌱

  • Use data and KPIs to make informed decisions and boost results 📊🔍

  • Stay ahead of Michigan cannabis trends & regulatory changes 🌿⚖️

What You Bring:

  • Experience with Dutchie POS & e-commerce platform 💻🛒

  • Knowledge of Alpine IQ or similar loyalty & analytics tools 📈❤️

  • Cannabis marketing & promotions expertise—compliant with Michigan laws 📢✔️

  • Minimum 2 years leadership in cannabis retail or a fast-paced regulated environment 🏅

  • Deep understanding of Michigan cannabis regulations & compliance 📚✅

  • Strong communicator & team builder with excellent organizational skills 🗣️🤝

  • 21+ years old & fully eligible to work in Michigan’s cannabis industry 🎯
